Seong Hwan Choi is Korean having mechanical engineering background and MBA study for international business. He has served for the several nuclear construction projects in Korea and China for more than 30 years.

His recent career has been dedicated to Barakah Nuclear Power Plant Project, serving in the various positions in KEPCO project organization for more than 10 years from early 2010.

Retired from KEPCO Barakah site manager in February 2022, he is now working as a senior advisor for KEPCO at Barakah site.
