As Head of Digitalization within Siemens Energy Middle East and North Africa, Martin works with customers to help them pave their way on the digital journey. His strength lies in finding unique solutions to operational issues along the entire value chain. In the field of digitalization and cyber security, Martin has developed and implemented solutions that have changed the way power is generated. Martin holds a master’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Master of Arts degree.

Before joining Siemens Energy, she held a variety of leadership positions across the energy sector and throughout the world, for companies such as Shell, BG Group and Schlumberger. Her career has spanned across various regions including South America, specifically Brazil, East Africa and Europe.
