He is a recognised PPP expert and has advised on schemes both in mature markets such as the UK and developing markets across Asia and the Middle East, including Egypt, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Tim has advised on range of energy projects including the first IPP in the region (Manah power plant), world scale I(W)PPs such as the $3 billion Facility D plant and the $4 billion DEWA phase IV 950MW CSP/PV solar plant with storage, cross-border energy projects and advising the government of Jordan on its energy sector masterplan.
