Anousha Khan is a Sustainability Consultant at a London-based start-up called Insight Plum. Her background is in Chemical Engineering, and she has worked on cutting edge research that was published in Q1 journals including Nature Scientific Reports (Impact Factor = 4.996). She then presented their research findings at two international conferences in the past year including the Nature: Innovative therapies from bench to bedside conference. Additionally, Anousha works with a research group that focuses on converting certain types of plastic into raw materials safely. These materials can then be utilized for agricultural expedience in countries with an economic reliance on agriculture. This will help alleviate not only economic stress but also ensure food security within these regions. Anousha is very passionate about employing a holistic approach in developing new technologies and techniques to revolutionize energy and hopes to see more breakthroughs in power, energy storage and sustainability practices.
