Antonio Di Cecca

Antonio Di Cecca is the Chief Operating Officer at Tabreed and has more than 10 years international experience in district cooling, from design to BD and O&M. He is based in the UAE since 2018 and was the Head of Asset Management at Engie HQ prior to joining Tabreed. Antonio has worked in Paris, France as the Head of Projects and Business Development department of Climespace (ENGIE), the largest district cooling system in Europe.

Prior to that, he spent four years in Neoelectra Group (100 M€ turn over) in Barcelona and Paris as senior project manager for M&A and development of CHP, district heating & cooling, biomass, solar and CO2 recovery plants in Europe.  He has extensive experience within the district energy sector, which includes a period of five years with the International Energy Agency in the OECD as energy analyst.

Antonio is Italian and holds a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and a Specialized Master in Energy Engineering and Management from the Ecole de Mines de Paris. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
