After his first experience in an audit firm which allowed him to acquire accounting and financial knowledge, Serge joined the EDF Group in the Audit Department where he broadened his skills to organizational aspects. Afterwards, he joined the Optimization and Trading Division and gained a detailed understanding of the functioning of the Power Markets, in particular the European Integration regulatory aspects, and acquired contractual and negotiation skills in the management of a portfolio of long-term industrial contracts. He was also in charge of a team of experts within the Strategy Division, where he was able to perfect his skills in Long-Term Economics and strategy. Finally, Serge joined the EDF office based in Abu Dhabi to contribute to the development of Energy Projects in the Middle East.
