Ismail Serhan Ozten is the Business Development and Technical Support Director for TMA, prior to this task he was Sales Director of a Division of Danfoss which focuses on advanced HVAC components- systems delivering comfort and energy efficiency in residential- commercial buildings as well as enhanced performance in District Energy Networks. Serhan is currently responsible for Middle east & Africa region. Ismail Serhan Ozten has 17 years experience in heating and cooling applications. In Danfoss, where he is since 2004, he has held various positions in technical support and sales in various regions. Serhan is an electrical engineer and is presently located at Dubai,UAE.
