Zainab Alquwaitaei

Zainab Al Quwaitaei was appointed the ENEC Enterprise Information and Communications Technology Director in 2018. Zainab is currently leading ENEC’s digital transformation program with the aim to leverage cutting-edge technologies as a key enabler for continuous improvement, new ways of working and value creation in the generation of safe, efficient and clean electricity from nuclear energy in the UAE.

During the last decade, Zainab held several technology leadership roles and became a noteworthy leader in shaping and delivering business transformation initiatives within several UAE Government agencies and the UAE Peaceful Nuclear Energy Program.

Throughout her career, she has led large numbers of strategic and business-led transformational initiatives in collaboration with internationally renowned experts. Zainab has proven skills in business turnaround, business transformation, vendor management, operational finance, program management and governance that enable her to drive change across organizations.
