She has worked in leadership positions for tier-one Global Financial Institutions within corporate and investment banking, with Development Institutions, Legal Services, Retail, Management, and in enterprise. Mucha has held global and regional roles spanning Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Her passion for emerging markets, finance, technology sustainability, economic and organisational development, and women and youth empowerment, are among her most defining drivers. As a Development Consultant, she has been instrumental in unlocking finance, organisational, economic, social and cultural capital through various initiatives.
She is a sought-after speaker, moderator, commentator, trainer, and mentor. Mucha has been relied on to drive global strategic dialogue on a wide range of topics such as energy, sustainability, finance, trade and investment, technology, law, and human-capital and the creative industries.
She is passionate about leveraging her financial services experience in the delivery of multi-sector content, given the pivotal role finance plays across all industries. She is frequently engaged by public and private sector entities.
Mucha is recognised for her work developing female business leaders, entrepreneurs, and young professionals. As such, she has supported mentees from The Mentorship Boardroom, Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), Reach and Professional Tribes.
She currently serves as a Board Member of Evolvin’ Women under the Dubai Multi Commodities Center, and the Zimbabwean Business Council UAE, under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. She is on the Advisory Board of Carbonless Asia, a green venture capital, technology and fund management company. She has also been an Advisor for startups, including sustainability and climate tech companies, and for a COP28 Microsoft accelerator programmer.
