Leandro Bertoni is an Electrical Engineer with post-graduation in Finance and Strategy. He began his career in 1999 and has over than 20 years of experience in the Energy Sector, in areas such as Power Generation, Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewables, Digital and Services.

He joined Schneider Electric in 2021, as Cluster Vice President of Power System division for South America, based in Brazil. Since January 2025, he is the Zone Vice President of Power Systems division for Middle East & Africa perimeter, responsible to drive electrification, digital, services and sustainability.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Leandro was more than 22 years working for ABB / Hitachi Energy in several roles, starting as internee, Specialist Engineer in Digital Systems, Lead Engineer, Project Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager and VP.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Mackenzie University, has an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and post-graduation in Business Strategy from Harvard University.
