Mohammad Ayub is a Partner in McKinsey’s Abu Dhabi office, where he leads work in the Electric Power and Natural Gas Practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He brings deep expertise across the electricity and water value chains, supporting clients in translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and driving large-scale transformations at all levels of the organization. Mohammad also helps clients achieve operational excellence, with a recent focus on leveraging digital solutions and advanced analytics to meet evolving industry demands. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from RWTH Aachen University. Prior to joining McKinsey in 2013, he gained project management experience at RWE, a leading European utility.
