FOR THOSE VACCINATED AND ARRIVING FROM:

Green list destinations:
  • Before boarding, show a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of departure.
  • A PCR test on arrival without the need to quarantine and another PCR test on day 6.
Other destinations:
  • Before boarding, show a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of departure.
  • A PCR test on arrival without the need to quarantine, as well as additional PCR tests on day 4 and day 8.

FOR THOSE NOT VACCINATED AND ARRIVING FROM:

Green list destinations:
  • Before boarding, show a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of departure.
  • A PCR test on arrival without the need to quarantine, as well as additional PCR tests on day 6 and day 9.
Other destinations:
  • Before boarding, show a negative PCR test result within 48 hours of departure.
  • A PCR test on arrival, a 10-day quarantine period and another PCR test on day 9.
  • The protocol applies to vaccinated UAE citizens and residents as well as visitors to Abu Dhabi.

Registering on the UAE’s official COVID-19 app – Al Hosn

If you are traveling from abroad and are not a citizen or resident of the UAE, you will need to download the UAE’s official COVID-19 app called Al Hosn.

You can download the Al Hosn app from the App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery and the Galaxy Store free of charge. The app works on smartphones running Android and iOS.
