Dushko Kantardjiev has acted as CTO, CIO, Technology and Business Strategist and Senior Business Tech / ICT Consultant in international technology and consulting groups in Europe and GCC, bringing substantial experience, expertise in strategic and operational business and service perspective, and deep insight into operational, technology and process verticals in various ICT industries. 

During his career, he has set up and managed telecommunication companies with the most complex infrastructure and intensive processing data-flows in the respective countries, managed digital transformation and change management programs, procured and implemented complex ICT systems and solutions, negotiated contracts with all major ICT/SI suppliers worldwide, managed stakeholders, solved problems, coordinated with relevant ministries/regulators/authorities when launching three Mobile Network Operators, and subsequently successfully led them to operational maturity.

His past experiences include various CXO and Senior Consultant positions at AWASR Telecom in Oman, stc Bahrain, T-Mobile Macedonia and T-Mobile Central Eastern Europe, IPKO Telecom in Kosovo (Telecom Slovenia Group), ALO Telekom (MVNO in Macedonia), SALIENCE Consulting (Dubai, Bahrain), AERA Digital Consulting (Czech Republic), and AWTG Consulting (London).

As an experienced Business-Technology leader, he has been leading complex technology organisations through strategic business-tech transformations to achieve operational and performance excellence and digital maturity, simultaneously delivering exceptional performance through service innovation, service quality and customer delight.
