A pioneer in energy flexibility and modulation, Olivier founded Energy Pool in 2009. An engineer by training, he began his career at the major aluminum conglomerate Pechiney before managing several major sites and chairing Aluminium Pechiney, then Alcan for Southern Europe and Africa. An entrepreneur committed to the energy transition, he is also the founder of the Exeltium consortium and the Lead'up association, dedicated to the development of managers.
