Theo leads the Solar Engineering and Innovation department at RWE Renewables with main focus to deploy new solar and wind technologies in big utility scale.

Prior to RWE, Theo held various senior and leadership roles at Solar PV sector. He started out as a UKAS Lab Manager, then moved to Solar Valley in Germany leading worldwide the product certification department in Solibro CIGS technology and worked a senior expert for TÜV Rheinland with main focus on reliability topics and standardization.
