With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Eng. Wesam Alghazali has built a career around driving transformation, strengthening operations, and delivering large-scale infrastructure and MEP projects. As Executive Director and Executive Committee Member at Al Geemi Energy and Al Geemi Contracting Co. LLC, a subsidiary of Bin Hamoodah Group, he has been instrumental in navigating industry challenges, optimizing operations, and securing Al Geemi’s position as a leading national contractor in the UAE.

Under his leadership, Al Geemi has reinforced its market standing, becoming an approved contractor for 132kV, 220kV, and 400kV transmission cable projects with TAQA Transmission, an approved contractor for substations up to 220kV, securing approval for over 1000 Dia pipeline works with TAQA Distribution, and becoming an approved contractor for both ADAC and ADNOC. His ability to lead high-performing teams, develop strong partnerships, and manage complex projects has been a key factor in the company’s continued success.

Beyond the corporate role, Eng. Wesam is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He is currently recognized as an approved expert for construction dispute cases under the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts. He holds a PhD in Business Management (in progress) from the British University in Dubai, an MBA in Business Administration and Project Management from Abu Dhabi University, and a Master’s degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from the British University in Dubai. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a Pearl Qualified Professional, bringing a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic insight, and industry best practices to every project he leads.
