With a master’s in computer science and postgraduates in Strategic Management and International R&D programs, Juan Luis brings 27 years of extensive experience spanning Telco, Energy, Utilities, and R&D sectors.

He contributed over a decade to the Telefónica Group, leading international projects, R&D initiatives for telecom solutions, and operational support systems, focusing on end-to-end broadband services.

In 2007, Juan Luis joined Indra, taking charge of Service Provisioning solutions for Unión Fenosa (now Naturgy) and advancing Smart Grid and Smart Metering innovations. He also held R&D Director position at Indra for four years, where he led multiple international R&D programs and held board positions in European Industrial R&D Associations, driving the development of strategic R&D agendas for diverse industrial sectors.

In 2019, he became Global Offering Director for Utilities, leading Minsait's Energy & Utilities expansion in the Middle East and Asia Pacific, establishing Minsait as a key player in digital transformation and energy transition in the region.
