Chirag has 13 years of market experience and helps lead the Sustainable Finance business for the Middle East and Africa at Standard Chartered Bank.  His current role entails identifying sustainable financing opportunities and supporting clients with the development of their ESG strategies, including advising on and structuring sustainable finance solutions and developing Sustainable Finance Frameworks. Chirag comes from a Loan Capital Markets and Syndications background where his primary responsibilities were the origination and execution of financing opportunities for a diverse client base across Europe and Africa. He has extensive experience in working across a range of sectors and structures including Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Fund Finance as well as direct lending opportunities.
