Dr. Hamad Odhabi is a distinguished academic leader and digital transformation expert with extensive experience in higher education, administration, and technology-driven innovation. Currently serving as the Vice Chancellor for AI and Operational Excellence at Abu Dhabi University, he has previously held key leadership positions, including Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, Executive Dean at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), and Campus Director for Abu Dhabi University’s Al Ain, Dubai, and Al Dhafra campuses.

Dr. Odhabi has spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives, including AI-driven education and recruitment platforms, digital transformation in higher education, and enrollment growth strategies. His leadership has significantly contributed to institutional success, with notable achievements in program accreditation, student engagement, and industry collaboration.

With a strong background in computer science, engineering, and business education, Dr. Odhabi has developed and implemented cutting-edge digital solutions, such as AI-powered learning hubs, competency-based education systems, and enterprise-wide quality assurance frameworks. His research interests include simulation modeling, AI applications in education, and digital innovation.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Brunel University, UK, along with advanced certifications in blockchain, AI, and network technologies. Dr. Odhabi is a member of IEEE, ACM, and ISTE, actively contributing to academic research and technology-enhanced learning.
