Dr. Mike is an AI pioneer with 20+ years of experience across industries like Energy and O&G, Manufacturing as well as Automotive. He holds a Ph.D. in AI, has 40+ patents and publications, and has led the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, incl. AI and IoT platforms at Enterprise scale for Fortune 100 companies as well as CERN. Mike has driven strategic AI initiatives at Siemens AG  as well as joint venture of C3 AI and Baker Hughes, guided globally an Energy practice at EPAM, and led UAE AI initiatives, incl. development of the very first Arabic-speaking ChatGPT – Jais at G42. 

As of now, Dr. Mike holds dual positions (1) VP of AI Engineering at Inception (a G42 company), driving cutting-edge AI initiatives, focusing on enterprise applications of AI and LLMs at scale, as well as (2) Head of AI at AIQ (ADNOC & G42 JV), where he leads AI strategy and development specifically for ENERGYai program, dedicated to integration of Agentic AI technology across ADNOC’s upstream operations and beyond.
