Hara is a Partner in EY-Parthenon’s MENA Energy Strategy practice, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Power & Utilities sector, with the last 10 years spent in the Middle East.

She possesses extensive expertise in power sector strategy and policy development, as well as the restructuring and commercialization of energy transition technologies. Hara has successfully led numerous policy and technology assignments for governments, regulators, utilities, and investors across the region, including in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Jordan, and Qatar.

Hara rejoined EY in February 2025. Prior to her return, she led DNV’s Energy Markets & Transactions practice, covering MENA, Southern Europe, and Latin America. Earlier in her career, she served as a member of the executive team for the CEOs of the Greek utilities PPC and PPC Renewables, as well as the Power Market Operator.
