In his more than 25 years in consulting, Joerg has extensively worked with leading Energy and Utility players across a variety of geographies such as Germany, the UK, Russia/CIS, the US, China, Africa as well as the Middle East.

Joerg’s key focus has been on large scale business and digital transformation projects in the energy industry. His project footprint includes strategy development, digital strategies, operating and organizational model design. Joerg has a deep understanding of the impact of AI and technology on the energy industry. Among others, he led a digital accelerator developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and technology solutions at a leading energy player. He also developed strategies understanding how AI and other technologies impact companies’ business models and operations and what they need to do to win in the market.
