Zainub Noor is the Director of Technology and Innovation at Halliburton Labs, where she leads innovation strategy and execution to help advance global energy resources. She works closely with industry partners to tackle critical energy challenges—enhancing security, affordability, and reliability—while reducing environmental impact. Her role involves evaluating and supporting breakthrough technologies and ventures across the energy value chain, including generation, storage, distribution, and industrial decarbonization, providing them with access to industrial expertise and networks to help scale and commercialize.

Zainub brings a strong track record in both technology leadership and business strategy. Prior to her current role, she served as Global Head of Technology for Reservoir Management, Production Operations & Economics, where she led digital transformation initiatives in the oil and gas sector. Her career includes leadership of large-scale global asset development projects, with a focus on digital oil fields, decarbonization, production optimization, and digital twin technologies, as well as overseeing R&D for integrated petroleum systems.

She is an active contributor to industry forums and committees and has authored numerous publications. She has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in Energy by Oil and Gas Investor and as one of the Global Elite 100 Leaders by Petroleum Economist.
