Most notably, he served as CEO of Veolia Germany, where he led a fundamental transformation of the business into the number one waste recycling company in Germany, a 2.5 billion euro operation spanning 12,500 employees and 400 sites. He has a proven track record in driving operational excellence, turnaround and transformation programmes, and growth strategies across complex, multi-country organisations.
