How it works

Five clear steps from submission to approval:

  • Submit your documents begin the application process by submitting your documents.
  • Pre-approval secured a nomination letter is arranged with ADNEC or the relevant authority to support immigration pre-approval where required.
  • Processing begins processing starts once required supporting documents are submitted.
  • Escalation if needed if an application faces issues, we escalate with the immigration authorities on your behalf.
  • Approval and travel visa approval follows, barring any security-related issues.

Processing times: pre-approval typically takes up to 4 weeks where immigration security committee approval is required. Restricted nationalities may take 10–15 working days. Some countries require additional time for further departmental approvals. We recommend applying as early as possible.
